Chaplaincy
Chaplain Ozzie Oswald is California Family Life Center's angel of mercy and good will. Ozzie is on call 24/7 for CFLC's children, teenagers and staff. He is a counselor and guide to whomever needs his services. In addition, he raises funds for kids with special needs and desires, and makes sure that every CFLC child and teenager gets three gift-wishes granted at Christmas and everybody goes to camp!
