Empower Youth and Planet Youth Programs are training programs for underprivileged youth. Young people can go to these amazing Youth Opportunity Centers for leadership skills, paid job training, GED preparation, basic life skills and to spend quality time with positive role models. The teenagers also get countless hours of one-on-one time with their Youth Development Specialist and are ready to conquer the world when their training is finished. Planet Youth in Lake Elsinore, California is our newest new job training site and is located at 400 West Graham Avenue Lake Elsinore, CA 92530.
